Trading Terms

Your personal details will be used to fulfill your order. These details shall be confidential and shall not be passed on to a third party. We reserve the right to change prices of items of the website if necessary; which could be higher or lower. We try to desribe all items accurately as to avoid disappointment. Do scrutinise the photos, which we hope show a clear picture of the item. All sizes in the description are approximate. In the unlikely event that a problem should arise with your order, we shall contact you by email, telephone or letter.

These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from ZsuZsi Boutique. By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Ordering

To order just press the 'Add to Cart' button and follow the simple instruction procedures. You will be shown your priced listed items and then the total amount. Once an order has been placed you will be sent an emailed invoice.

Payment Method

For payments using Credit/Debit cards select PAYPAL as the payment option. This is an easy and quick method as your order can be processed and despatched as soon as the transaction has cleared. For security reasons we have decided to take Credit and Debit card transactions through Paypal via our secure server, as payment can be made WITH or WITHOUT a PayPal Account accepting all major credit and debit cards. If you do not wish to open a PayPal account, then select the PayPal option and at the login prompt, just select 'If you do not currently have Paypal Account' and payment will be taken directly from your entered credit card details.

If you have an existing PayPal Account, please ensure that your details are up to date and that your registered Credit/Debit Card has not expired or you may have problems. Also, if you have forgotten your PayPal password and therefore are unable to update your PayPal Account, as far as we know, the only solution is to create a new PayPal Account using a different Email Address.


Delivery and Postage

Once an order has been received, on receipt of payment, the goods will be sent out as soon as possible. From receipt of your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 7 days. Upon despatch you will receive a confirmation email.

Returns

If you wish to return an item to ZsuZsi Boutique please ensure you email us and identify the reasons why you would like to return them. Return the item/s within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Please return them using Recorded Delivery or obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. Goods must be returned at your own cost, complete with packaging and with any tags/stickers attached. Goods must be returned in their original condition as per their despatch from ZsuZsi Boutique. You will receive a refund for returned item/s within 30 days of receipt of goods at ZsuZsi Boutique.

We offer refunds or exchanges but regret we are unable to refund postage charges for the despatch or return of items.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, exchanges or credit on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since despatch from ZsuZsi Boutique.

Please note all earrings, vintage and handmade, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
